Hi, I’m Gail Thomas, the heart (and flour-covered hands) behind Velvet Crumb! After years in the corporate grind, I decided to mix things up—literally. Baking lets me unleash my creative side, whether it’s decorating cakes or diving into the science of bold, unforgettable flavours.
It’s not all sugar and spice; baking is serious hard work. But for me, it’s good work. Velvet Crumb is my dream come true—a place where I can bring my vision to life by using fresh, local ingredients straight from our markets.
